Registration & Accommodation

VAT is not included in the Accommodation fees. VAT is 10%.

• Accommodation packages cover 4 nights of all inclusive accommodation starting from 21 October 2025 to 25 October 2025.
• Accommodation prices include accommodation tax 2%, VAT is included. 10% VAT will be added to the above prices.
• For participants who do not stay at the Congress Hotels through Serenas Tourism, a daily external participation fee of 75 Euro + VAT per day will be charged in addition to the congress registration fee.
• In order for our guests who do not receive accommodation to be able to enter the congress center, they must deposit their external participation fees together with the registration fee. The external participation fee, which will be applied for our guests who do not stay, includes lunches and coffee breaks between 09:00-18:00.
• Accommodation transactions; [email protected] after the budget that will be sent to you by sending your request to the address, it will be valid by approving the budget and sending the bank receipt indicating that the necessary payments have been made to the following account numbers to Serenas Tourism by e-mail. Only applications to be made with a bank statement and requests without budget confirmation will not be accepted and will be placed on the waiting list.
